~Arriving to appointment over 15 minutes laters $15 late fee
~Any arrivals over 30 mins late for an appointment has to be rescheduled and deposit VOID.
~Appointments canceled or reschedule in less than 24 hours will VOID your deposit and will be required to pay new deposit for new appointment. Reschedule appointment have to be within 30 days or new deposit is required.
~Changes to your appointment in less than 24 hours can not be guaranteed. 
~If you book the wrong service your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled without deposit refund if there is not enough time to provide the service you need.
~if you have questions about a service please text first and allow 24 hour response.
~Deposits can't not be transferred between people including children.
~Saturday is an additional $25
~Box Braid services do not include a shampoo. Only natural styles(no weave) include shampoo
~Please add to notes for shampoo request(+$20)
~ Hair that is tangled with be a $15 fee if it takes over 10 minutes to detangle
~Please do not come with grease or oil in your clean hair, it will affect your finished look of knotless box braids. You will have to pay additional for shampoo service if so.
(small amount of leave-in conditioner is fine)
~for hair shorter than 3 inches a consultation is required for booking knotless box braids.
~Please indicate your hair color or the color you would like in the notes when booking.                  your appointment, if not  1b natural black hair will be used. 
~Deposit goes towards service. The remaining balance of service is due at time of appointment Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle or CashApp payment.
~if you have any type of cold or flu like symptoms please reschedule or deposit could be void and service not provided.
